After going through the bureaucratic steps of getting our organization incorporated and legally recognized we achieved the first step of getting our articles of incorporation and our official bank account.

Now all the donations should be tax deductible.

Note, the process is still ongoing waiting for completion. However, if needed, we will provide the engagement letter from Vcorp stating that the organization has engaged to complete the 501(c)(3) application and other required filings. Please note that it is not the determination letter from the IRS, but in general experience, many donors will accept this in good faith.

We are looking forward to going far and beyond in helping the people of Ukraine. And with your help, we have been and will be doing so much more.
