So thankful for the Certificate of Appreciation for assistance in forming and supporting the Belarusian battalion named after Kastuś Kalinoŭski. While we never expect recognition for the work we are fortunate to perform, we greatly appreciate the heartfelt recognition.

A brief history of the Belarusian regiment:
The first foreign volunteer group was founded in Ukraine in 2014 during the Russian-Ukrainian war in Donbas. The tactical group “Belarus” was formed in the following year to unite Belarusian volunteers from different battalions. The battalion was formally admitted to the Ukrainian military on 25 March 2022 after taking an oath. In May 2022, it was announced that the battalion would transform into a regiment composed of two battalions.
