We are experiencing considerable delays in shipping humanitarian aid directly from the US to Poland. Our latest shipment of medical equipment got stuck at customs in Poland. There has been no movement in tracking the parcel we sent to Poland in a month.

In Poland, numerous organizations coordinate the logistics of containers of humanitarian aid that enter the country from Western countries. Multiple boxes with essentials and food are regularly transported to the eastern regions of Ukraine and distributed among refugees and the military. 

Shipping delays to Poland are understandable. However, we will enhance logistics for medical equipment in the future.
